Not really fit for purpose.
- doesn’t show phone pre-bookings
- 90% of the time it won’t permit booking. Looks like a payment failure but I was told by customer service that it’s just because it was too busy.

No matter how far you book ahead or where and when your journey is too, it states that they have no cabs available. Complete waste of time, sort it out. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Even when booking days ahead for a short local journey - that I can easily book when calling the office - the app states there are no cabs available. It will also never accept my card details for prepayment and estimates a lower cost for every journey. My regular journey has never once cost £4.40!
This app is such a fantastic idea, but seems to be plagued with issues that you just don’t get when calling the office to book, when they pick up of course. Please fix the problems, it would be great to use this properly!

Pre booked a cab 2 weeks in advance. Despite confirmation email, no pre booking was showing until after the cab was meant to turn up. Assigning driver message starter showing at the time the cab was meant to pick us up. Eventually the cab arrived 25mins after the time we booked a cab for. Got a feeling the pre booking option is not really working and they don’t assign the car until the time you booked it for which defeats the purpose. To make things more bizarre a different taxi company eventually arrived to pick us up. As a result we missed our train due to late arrival. All very stressful .

Fantastic app, I only downloaded it recently and it has been a godsend. I haven’t experienced any issues in locations or bookings, feels very similar to another global company app which is why I think it is so good.

This app is great for booking when you can and the tracking of your cab so no more curtain twitching looking out for it to arrive.
However, numerous times I’ve tried to book on the app and it will stipulate there are no cabs, but when I call the office I can make a booking.
Additionally the app keeps asking me to update, possibly to sort out the booking issue, but when I try there is no update in the App Store except for me to just open the app.
The apps correlation with its booking program needs updating so that the customer can be assured with what they are seeing is correct and not need to double check the taxi rank and find out the app is wrong.
