Not very customer friendly app. Quite the opposite! 07/30/24 ### 1/5 — No communication!! *2023-11-09, version 2023.5* It would have been nice to know about my rental fee going up, been renting with them for years now, and this the first time I was not informed about the fees going up. Been having issues getting into my storage and no one has tried to help me. All of a sudden my keys doesn’t work, but there wasn’t a lock change. Never missed a payment, reached out to them and never heard anything back. So now I’m left with paying for a lock removal! The last three times were not successful but after multiple attempts. You have to close the app and then go back into it to go to the individual units.
