The update for a more secure app. Lock me out of my account then after a month of waiting for a response from customer service they said I had to pay for my money to be transferred to a new account. I lost $40 just to get my account back. Then I can’t sell the Aabb gold coins I have . My issue is I’m going on 8 days from my transfer of eth from my coinbase wallet to the AABB wallet which I have done many times before, this time the eth was hung up somehow somewhere and never made it to my aabb wallet but on etherscan it shows it as a success. I’ve contacted customer service with about 3 emails now detailing the transaction with screenshots of my coinbase wallet my aabb wallet and the etherscan confirmation and am yet to even receive a response from customer support. $300 in eth down the drain with no sign of customer support to help resolve the issue.
