It is the only way to buy aabbg gold tokens currently so i did it through this wallet, it is neat they added a way for buisness owners to accept the token for payment and put themselves on a map. The update for a more secure app. Lock me out of my account then after a month of waiting for a response from customer service they said I had to pay for my money to be transferred to a new account. I lost $40 just to get my account back. Then I can’t sell the Aabb gold coins I have . Not a very good company. ### 1/5 — You can deposit but can’t withdraw *2022-07-15, version 1.0.235* update to same review Still an awful organization. say goodbye to your money the minute you deposit there. it’s the absolute worst investment one can make. more benefit if you use your cash as toilet paper. For over a year my money is sitting there. Can’t sell what I bought. It’s a joke to say the least. ### 1/5 — FYI: You can’t sell the AABBG coin after you buy it *2021-03-31, version 1.0.184* It’s a major design flaw or a very clever strategy or Lock up peoples money, but you can’t sell or convert to a different currency which can me moved and sold. It’s pretty messed up. If you are putting money in you better be sure you want to keep it in AABBg as you won’t get it back. I learned this the hard way. ### 2/5 — Poor customer service *2023-02-24, version 1.0.235* I enjoy the user interface and the simplicity of the modules within the wallet. My issue is I’m going on 8 days from my transfer of eth from my coinbase wallet to the AABB wallet which I have done many times before, this time the eth was hung up somehow somewhere and never made it to my aabb wallet but on etherscan it shows it as a success. I’ve contacted customer service with about 3 emails now detailing the transaction with screenshots of my coinbase wallet my aabb wallet and the etherscan confirmation and am yet to even receive a response from customer support. $300 in eth down the drain with no sign of customer support to help resolve the issue. Last time I transfer any crypto to this wallet. ### 2/5 — Sell? *2021-03-23, version 1.0.184* Call me crazy, but there is no way to sell the AABBG crypto in this app once you buy it. Also, the date sliders are not visible when registering your birth date. Jury is out on whether any of this is legit, but some of the exceedingly positive reviews here seem 100% fake. The point of dealing in crypto is being able to buy *and* sell it. If you can’t sell AABBG, then this is a scam. ### 3/5 — I can’t put in my date of birth *2021-03-25, version 1.0.184* I want to use your app but I can’t complete kyc because the date of birth can’t be typed in and the thing to put it in won’t pop up. But it’s clickable. I tried for 15 minutes clicking randomly hoping I’d land on my date of birth. Please fix so I can use your app. I use an iPhone. ### 4/5 — Simply very little volume. *2022-09-17, version 1.0.235* I recently tried several trades; only one succeeded - a LTC to ETH. This one had a small order book where many pairs showed either a very old chart and no order book or no chart or order book at all. It would appear then that the platform has no useful market makers; if you happen upon a relatively recent trading pair with activity you can make a trade (market at least). Without any volume in so many pairs trading is frankly very difficult or effectively impossible! ### 4/5 — Easy but not complete *2022-01-09, version 1.0.209* Easy to use. Seems like the best combination of two worlds, so much that I’m very interested in Asia Broadband as a company. However when a basic electrum wallet interface can’t even see or use my funds for over 3 days and counting, I’m suddenly concerned that I just lost all the crypto I sent to it. Hopefully my seed phrase works somewhere else cause I think this platform is a lost cause. Sad. **** Update to previous app version has solved my problem. I have not since repeated a deposit but was able to easily purchase AABB coin with my previous deposit.
