Haven’t got any updates yet. By God’s grace , I was able to connect to customer support once after trying to reach them so many times. The customer support team is trained to lie saying your order will be dispatched in 2-3 working days. I think they are not at all working that’s why their 2-3 working days are not over yet. This is the worst app to order. I have wasted my money, energy and haven’t got anything yet. Hope they take feedbacks seriously and work on customer satisfaction. Showing Ads with celebrities wearing their clothes will not make their business sustained. Or who knows even celebrities got their orders delivered after a year? 😉 This is the worst app to order from. I just hope my order gets delivered before my size changes, otherwise I’ll have to again go for exchange and cycle continues. ### 1/5 — Subject: Urgent Action Needed: Unacceptable delay in my order *2025-11-01, version 1.13.0* I am extremely disappointed with the repeated delay and lack of proper communication regarding my order. It has been far beyond the promised delivery date, and your generic responses are no longer acceptable. This order was placed well before Diwali, and the delay has completely ruined my plans. I expect immediate action — either confirm that my order will be dispatched within the next 24 hours or process a full refund without further delay. Please understand that continued negligence will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter publicly and through appropriate consumer forums. I expect a prompt and clear response. ### 1/5 — Lottery system to deliver products *2025-10-20* Ordered two items till date, the first one got cancelled after several months went by and they couldn’t ship the item. Despite such experience, I ordered another item but it has been more than 10 days now and I cannot see the order status change from ‘Confirmed’ to ‘Shipped’ yet. I tried to get in touch with their customer care executive and they put me on hold for an hour after which I hung up. Customers must feel like winning a lottery if lucky while they keep our money blocked for months with uncertainty. ### 1/5 — Don’t Use or Buy *2025-10-20* I had placed a prepaid order worth ₹5,000 on 11th October, and even after more than a week, the order status still shows as unfulfilled. I’ve been trying to contact their support team for several days, but there has been no response. They’ve mentioned a customer support number, but no one ever answers the calls. This entire experience feels fraudulent. Despite receiving numerous negative reviews, they continue to aggressively push ads on social media to mislead new customers. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional — the brand owners should be ashamed of running such a deceptive operation. ### 1/5 — Disappointed with delivery *2025-10-19* I ordered from Aachho almost a month ago, and they still haven’t even dispatched my product. I had bought it especially for Diwali, but the delivery delay completely ruined my plan. There seems to be a serious issue with their logistics and customer support — I tried calling several times, but no one picked up or helped me with an update. This was a very disappointing experience, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend ordering from Aachho if you’re expecting your product on time. I placed the order with the credit note that I received from last order because the last order was also not delivered and it took 2 months for them. They don’t revert online payment or deliver the product *2025-10-16, version 1.13.0* Worst experience in online shopping with aachho. I have ordered dress online and paid for the same. As prepaid order they don’t even bother to respond to any query or any mail Regardless they will sent you the same mail without giving any clarification for the issue. It been days but I haven’t got my product or my money does not reverted. As the payment is done they don’t respond to you. If they will provide you the product or not I have ordered dress for rs5299/- my money is with them but no reply regarding the dress. The status of the order said “unfulfilled “ If you are not having stock than how could you take such order on prepaid basis. ### 1/5 — Harassment and harassment is what they do *2025-10-11, version 1.12.0* It’s a total useless app. These people harass us. It’s been 1 and a half month, no whereabouts of my order. First. They don’t respond to emails and their customer support is of no help, they never pick up call nor they call back, neither they reply on emails. Secondly, they are showing my order has been fulfilled and when I open tracking it says cancelled. They are not refunding my money too. This is my first and last order from this site. No communication, raised a complaint but no reply on that. Trying to contact their support team daily no one is picking the call neither replying to my emails. I have placed this order for my special occasion and since one its in process state only. And your team is not taking any efforts to inform or reply me back on my emails. Whenever I call or message, they keep telling me some policy or something else. I have been calling since yesterday, but no one is answering the calls. When I ask for a refund, they say they will only credit it to the Aacho wallet. Aachhoo – answer your customers or shut down. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-09-06, version 1.10* Such a huge disappointment! This is the worst place to buy a dress. It’s been over 2 months since I placed and prepaid for my suit, and till today I haven’t received my order. I tried everything – sent emails, WhatsApp messages, and called multiple times – but there has been no response at all. Meanwhile, they are busy posting their products with celebrities instead of addressing genuine customer concerns. Absolutely unprofessional. Later, he took my phone saying it was for order details, but I found out afterward that he had posted a fake 5-star review without my permission. This is completely dishonest and cheating. No response yet. They’re not offering refunds and not responding to emails. Not answering the calls. Contacted support, someone name Tara keeps on apologising and repeats same thing “your request has been escalated and customer support team will contact you” they haven’t contacted since weeks. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2026-07-08, version 1.17.0* It says that you need to order atleast 15/18 days before the day you require it, and it’s been 1.5 month that I have still not received the order. It is just a scam. Please do not rely on aachho if it’s about some imp events ### 1/5 — Stay away from Aachho *2026-05-23, version 1.16.0* Save your money - they will not deliver on time and will not respond back. They charge for priority shipping but will send it through standard shipping with incomplete documentation which will delay the already delayed order. ### 1/5 — Such a Fraud *2026-04-27* I have placed order on 21st March for 2 dresses. Received one on 26th of April but the quality of material is law and prints are not properly done. In between I tried to contact Aachho team by calls they never responded and sent multiple emails but no reply. After receiving the order complaint about product in WhatsApp they are keep on saying tomorrow morning 9:30 you will get a call back. After multiple follow ups throughout the day at 5:30pm they are informing you will get a back tomorrow. As it is an off business hour. I am regretting buying from here. Please don’t buy anything from Achho. Ther are just fraud and they never value you money or time ### 1/5 — Send defected item and so not replace *2026-04-27* This is such a pathetic brand They will first take orders on sale of bogo and will only deliver 1 of he 2 items And the 1 item will come defected And if you will place replacement for the product They will take months to deliver that item and it will also come defected And when you will try to reach them on call or email Your calls will not be answered and on email they will give computerised responses Same response will be given I replaced an item worth 2800 and it came defected And i placed replacement and it came defected 3 times after replacing it every time And not its been almost a month they are not solving my issue Just saying my issue it with senior team and will respond soon But no solution will be given Just do not purchase from aachoo This is just marketing they are doing but are doing frauds in name of business The quality is also not that good Very bad experience ### 1/5 — Scammers!! *2026-03-03, version 1.15.0* Ordered using the app, and found similar product from a local market.
