Questions are so far apart on an easy-complicated spectrum (color of stool followed by specific genotypes of lymphoma?!?). Some are too vague. Some answers are actually incorrect. I fired this app. ### 1/5 — Worst CCRN app I've used *2018-03-22, version 4.0.141* The questions and answers are written in a very poor manner, and there is not nearly enough explanation. Seems like someone in India just copied an A&P textbook. Much better products out there. Super shady. ### 1/5 — Poor grammar, wording *2016-01-28, version 1.0.0* If a test-taker feels challenged by questions not by the content of the question, or the solution arrived at by deductive or inductive logic, but by grammar and wording flaws -- is that individual really being fairly tested? Would not spend money on this application, which is rampant with flaws that make it seem like it was written in a foreign language, then put into google translate, before it was published. Do a better job. ### 2/5 — Do not rely on this alone *2018-05-28, version 4.0.141* Obviously I don’t think any of my fellow RNs would rely on solely one mean of practice for a test as important as the CCRN but still, don’t think about this as a main means either. There are silly questions like, “what is the normal color of stool” and literally the answer is ‘brown’. And there are some more advanced sounds but as elementary as that. Also, I knew a free app would have advertisement but after every single question in test mode is really excessive. ### 2/5 — Poor grammar. *2017-08-17, version 3.752.83* This app has a good number of questions. Really the only way it gets two stars. Although, I'm not sure how alike they are to the actual CCRN exam. They are very basic and the answers are mostly obvious. Also, the questions are written with poor grammar. I have to rewrite the question before I can answer because most of them don't make sense. Content largely related to general anatomy, not critical care. Wish I didn't spend the money.... ### 3/5 — Should relabel as Anatomy Genius *2016-06-06, version 3.6.2* Good if u are trying to pass anatomy class, not CCRN questions. Every nurse should be able to answer almost all of these questions correctly. Definitely not critical care questions.
