## What is AADD Global?

AADD (Airmen Against Drunk Driving) is a free, volunteer-powered designated driver service built for military communities. Whether you need a safe ride home or want to volunteer as a driver or dispatcher, AADD makes it simple. REQUEST A RIDE
  - Drop a pin or enter your pickup location
  - Set your destination and see estimated distance and time
  - Get matched with the nearest available volunteer driver
  - Track your driver in real-time on the map
  - Receive a 4-digit passcode to verify your driver

  VOLUNTEER AS A DRIVER
  - Sign up for available shifts at your base
  - Go online and receive ride assignments automatically
  - Get turn-by-turn directions to pickup locations
  - Accept, complete, and track your rides

  VOLUNTEER AS A DISPATCHER
  - Manage incoming ride requests in real-time
  - Approve or reassign rides to available drivers
  - Communicate with drivers via private staff chat
  - Monitor driver locations and shift activity

• If we cannot cover your area or we are closed, you now get a contact who can still help you get home.

• You can now send your request as soon as you set your drop-off. It no longer waits for the address to finish loading.
• Addresses and map routes load through our own servers, so a slow connection on base does not hold up your ride.
• Faster map and route loading overall.
