## What is Aadith Sai Business Cloud?

Aadith Sai Billing is a cloud ERP for Indian businesses — manage your billing, invoicing, inventory, purchases and field service from one app that stays in sync with your web account.

Built for owners, admins and staff who need their books in their pocket.

Your subscription and account are managed on our secure web portal at aadithsaibillingcloud.com. This app is a companion client for your existing Aadith Sai Cloud Billing account.

Aadith Sai Cloud Billing is a business software service. There are no in-app purchases; billing is handled entirely on the web.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-09-08

You stay signed in.

The app no longer asks for your password every day. Your session
now renews itself quietly in the background, so you can open the
app mid-round and carry on billing.

You may be asked to sign in once after updating — after that, it
stops.

Also in this version:
• Service tickets record how the job came in — walk-in, phone,
  WhatsApp or email — so a phoned-in job is no longer logged as a
  counter walk-in.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-08-30

Record how a service job reached you — walk-in, phone call, WhatsApp or
email — so you can see where your work actually comes from.

Delivery runs on the phone: start your day, mark each shop as you reach
it, and confirm the boxes handed over.

Technicians now see only the jobs assigned to them, and are notified the
moment a job becomes theirs.

Scanning a barcode that covers several items now asks which one you
mean instead of guessing.

Fixes to notifications, order drafts and the service screens.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-20

• WhatsApp order drafts are now always one tap away on the Orders screen, with a live count of what's waiting
• New Reorder board in Purchasing: see what's running low, pick the vendor with price history in front of you, and send the purchase order on WhatsApp — the vendor confirms with one tap
• Vendor replies, quotations and auto-reorder updates arrive as notifications that open the right screen
• Fixes: confirming a WhatsApp service request now opens the created ticket, and several screens are easier to read

### 1.0.6 — 2026-08-13

Field visits
• Start and end your day from the home screen, and check in when you reach
  a customer — with a check-out when you leave, so time spent at each shop
  is recorded.
• Save a shop's exact location once, then tap Navigate for directions
  straight to the door.
• If you check in far from the saved location, the app asks whether the
  pin should be corrected.

Service engineers
• Check in and out of an on-site job, so time on the job is recorded
  against the ticket.
• Record a spare part even when it is not yet in your parts catalogue —
  it is added for you, so a repair is never left unrecorded.

For owners and managers
• Field Activity shows the day's visits on a map, filtered by team or
  by person.
• New notifications: a spare part that is missing or out of stock, a
  ticket with no technician, an AMC visit that has gone past its date,
  and an estimate still waiting on a customer.
• Job status updates now reach your phone.
• Each notification can be switched on or off individually in
  Notification Settings.

Also in this release
• Times now always follow Indian time, wherever the phone is.
• Fixed notifications being unavailable on some accounts.
• Fixed a Navigate button that could appear blank.
• Various fixes and refinements.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-08-11

Collections & payments
• Show a UPI QR on any invoice — turn the phone around and let the
  customer scan to pay. Switch between the exact amount and letting
  them enter it, and copy the UPI ID if their app needs it.
• Fixed: payments recorded from Outstanding & Receipts were not
  being saved. They now post correctly.

Field reps
• Save a shop's location pin and check in when you visit. Check-ins
  are kept if you're out of signal and sync when you're back online.

Service
• Capture unit serial numbers on the shop floor while raising a job.
• See that customer's own past jobs on the job card.

Purchases
• See and filter purchases by the buying company, for businesses
  running more than one GSTIN.

Invoices & compliance
• Generate an e-Way Bill without an e-Invoice.
• Compliance buttons now match what your company has switched on.

Everyday improvements
• Customers, Products, Orders, Invoices and Purchases load in pages,
  so long lists open quickly.
• Added the missing back button on Record Payment, Order Details and
  New Service Ticket.
• You're asked to confirm before anything sends on WhatsApp, with the
  recipient shown.
• Share a commission statement as a PDF.
• Restored New Order on the Orders screen.
• Fixed a crash when leaving the dashboard mid-refresh.
