As both a loyal customer and a local employee, I truly feel like part of a family. The employees genuinely care about their members, always going above and beyond to help with any financial needs. Life happens, and I appreciate how flexible they are when major changes impact my finances. Their mobile app is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to transfer between all account types with just a few taps. My only wish is that Zelle transfers were as instant as they are with major banks, but that’s a small trade-off for the personalized service and community feel I get here. I absolutely love my credit union and the amazing team behind it. They make banking simple, stress-free, and personal—something you just don’t get with big banks. Highly recommend! I knew nothing about credit unions. But, I needed a bank that was local, so I took a chance. A few years later, I opened a second account for use in a small business that I started. The advice and assistance from credit union staff have proven invaluable over the years. Thank you for all that you have done. I would recommend you to the newest family members from Hawaiian Airlines. They have always given me excellent customer service and have always had much better rates than anyone else has offered. They treat their members as individuals and are willing to help if you ever have any issues with financing even if things weren’t perfect from medical problems that can cause financial issues. They will look at you as an individual and not just a number. I haven’t felt the need to have any other bank. I don’t have a branch anywhere close to me but I’ve never needed one. Everything is easily handled over the phone or online. If you ever need a physical branch there are shared branches everywhere that you can use. Even in the small town I live in. ### 5/5 — Easy app for young people *2024-09-20, version 10.00.31* I’ve been a loyal member of AAGCU and have been using their mobile app and services and have had an amazing experience overall. It is super easy to use their Deposit Check feature in their app, and I use it quite frequently. I am able to easily set notifications for information that I need and have had wonderful customer service experiences every time I had an issue. For as long as I have used the app, I’ve only had two issues where the app wouldn’t open late at night, but I expect it was due to maintenance.
