I recently created an account in the app to meet new friends but apparently the app crashed and it won’t open. Please fix it.

It says I need to be 18 to use the app even tho the App Store says ages 9+ pls fix

OK! So where do I start? I keep Entering my Email, and it doesn’t even work. It’s saying someone is using my email to make an account! But when I use a email to make an account it doesn’t work? I only tried using a fake one because mine was already taken! I’m so upset, I wanted to make friends! But apparently I can’t :( so I’ll have to use another app.
