Never worked, for over three years the complain is there, it is embarrassing to have an application like this, unless it is been done on purpose, shame on you

Costumer service doesnot know how to resolve issues related to the app so they ask to delete and reinstall once again
Only going backwards !

Works for 2-3 times and suddenly stops and never works again keep calling customer service and nobody knows how to solve it even at the bank branch its shame to see such big bank like Aib using such amateur developers !!

Very bad app, it doesn’t work at all, i called the customer service many times and they failed to solve the problem, I followed their instructions but they failed again to activate that token

The app information says it compatible with IOS 11 and higher but it is not working on ios less than 14 . Keep crashing all the time. Even unable to use it 1 time.
