However, after the ride ended, I was asked to pay over ₹400. The driver said ₹80 was for toll tax, but none of these additional charges were mentioned clearly on the app before the ride. It feels misleading when the app shows a low fare initially but ends up charging much more after the ride. The final amount shown at the time of booking should be accurate and transparent. Unexpected charges like this make the experience frustrating.
