Great having access to everything but could be nicer ### 3/5 — Outrageous fees *2026-02-17* I just paid my HOA fee for the first on this App. I was quite shocked and irritated to see that there was a $15 platform fee included in the charge! That fee was for using a credit card payment method, however there is also a fee for using a checking account. This company does not believe in providing any of the service it’s supposed to. I pay every single month on time with auto pay and yet I cannot even get a phone call back. Instead of any response I end up getting hit for a $25 late fee. The phone is always busy, the website is very difficult to navigate and no matter what I try and can’t get a statement. I have had HOA management before but this is the worst I have seen. I don’t expect a reply as I never can get in touch with anyone to help me. Oh I almost forgot to mention the pay online site wanted $9.99 to process my payment!
