Another suggestion I have is to add a swap button for the “from” and “to” stations ### 3/5 — Feedback *2026-04-01* The application works only with an active internet connection. In areas like Sector 5, where multiple network jammers are installed, the app doesn’t even open to display my tickets. Add a search for selecting the source station and destination station in ticket purchase options 2. Please provide the name of the Area of the stations. It is hard for people to find the name with the actual station names. 3. During payment option, please provide a payment via UPI app, not only by UPI ID. Will provide a better experience. Another thing that I would suggest is that in Train Time Table search, put circular circles with the colours rather than by the text with colour names. Will help you to fit more colors as the Kolkata Metro advances! I am using this app from the very beginning of the app launched.. So I can see the difference of the modern version from the very first one. So for a long time user, I want to see this app getting even better. So I have some suggestions which can definitely improve user experience as well as the convenience of the travelers. Suggestions : 1. Please provide a search option for the stations in "QR Booking" section for both the "Origin Station" & "Destination Station ". 2. Please provide the "Line" colour beside the stations when searching for the stations. As example : I searched "Esplanade" & beside it Colour "Blue" and "Green" is showing. So that the passengers/users can understand that it's a "Interchangeable" Station. Same goes for the Noapara station.. Many more interchangeable stations will come after every line's full operation. 3. Minimize the size of icons so that it looks compact and crisp.. 4. Please provide Various UPI Apps for direct payments in the payment section..Most of the passengers do not know their VPA.. So it will be a game changer if they just select an UPI App and it redirects to the app for payment. 5. The last one.. Please Provide Ticket Booking or Smart Card Recharge facilities directly on the Various UPI apps just like Delhi Metro or other metros in some Indian cities..
