The app is easy to navigate being searchable by last name or by specialty. The phone numbers provided connect directly to a phone app on any mobile device allowing one to call the practitioner of interest. 
This app could be improved by adding links for practitioners' websites on each member page.  Users could also benefit from a search option that allows a person to type in their zip code and find a particular doctor/provider closest to them (via advanced search).
