احذرو منهم عند الطلب عبر البرنامج يعطيك اسماء المناطق بالمدينة الحي وتختار وتكتشف انه بمنطقه اخرى على مستوى المملكة واذا تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وطلبت يعدلون موقع الاستلام يتم الغاء الطلب وإبلاغك بامكانك شراء من اقرب فرع لك والمبلغ سوف يعود لك بعد ٧ ايام عمل وفق سياسة الشركة 🙄

مرحبا، تمت إعادة المبلغ عن طلبك إلى بطاقتك بنجاح، هذه العملية فورية ولكن قد تتطلب بضعة أيام حسب البنك الذي تتعامل معه، الرجاء استخدام الرقم المرجعي عند التواصل مع البنك للاستفسار عن حالة العملية
