Star is too much for this app, from the name, the logo, to the design and activation work flow, everything is stuipd, ugly and extremely un user friendly. Shame, you are even worst than the Finance house app.

For the last 4 months every time i tried to link this app to my account it says try again later.

I opened a new account on this app for their "instant transfer" that they provide, i transferred from botim through this app after i did make sure for linking it up to the ADIB account, I wanted to transfer for there but instead, out of nowhere, they transferred to mashreq card, without even telling me, and that account for that card was completely deleted long time ago!! Thats the worst step ive made, I dont even know where to complain on this app.

The instant payments are awesome but the app always disconnects my Wio account and I have to connect it again if I want to send or receive money

SMOOTH & EASY APP

Paying to the stores that are not accepting cards will be easy. 

Aani should work on videos explaining the app and how it works ! 

Exchange houses should prepare and design their system to implement Aani payments.
