No one answers calls, and messages are ignored—even after they’ve clearly been seen. My delivery was scheduled for today between 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM. I called for an update, and unsurprisingly, no one responded. This is not a one-off incident. In fact, not a single order has ever been flawless, and each time the problems are brushed off with careless excuses. I’ve continued ordering only because a few Indian vegetables are not available with any other vendor in Dubai. Otherwise, I would have stopped long ago. But this recent experience has gone too far. Here’s what happened in my most recent order: Delivered a rotten bottle gourd and spoiled green peas. Jackfruit turned black and inedible, clearly left in a non-refrigerated vehicle all day before being delivered at night. 6 small lychees charged at AED 13, falsely advertised as "jumbo". Organic guava and lotus stems were not delivered — but still charged in the invoice. No ice packs or cold storage used during delivery — a shocking oversight in Dubai's summer heat. Vendor’s Response? After multiple complaints, all I got was: “How many grams were wasted, sir?” “Soft bottleguard is what we give to all customers.” “Green peas are not coming in the market nowadays.” This level of ignorance and denial is shocking. They completely missed the point — that I was being sold rotten and missing items repeatedly. When I said the products were garbage and questioned their practices, they finally said: “Please send your account details, we will refund your money, sir.” I did. And then? Total silence. No refund. No pickup. No response. Just vanished. This isn’t frustration from one bad day — it’s the culmination of consistently poor service from a vendor that clearly lacks quality control, ethics, and respect for customers. Rotten or spoiled produce in almost every order Items frequently charged but not delivered Misleading product descriptions (e.g. lychees) No basic cold chain or delivery hygiene Dismissive, unapologetic, and unprofessional support Refund promised, then completely ignored It’s unacceptable that a business in Dubai, known for high service standards, operates this way. This vendor is either grossly negligent or deliberately deceitful — either way, they cannot be trusted. I’m deeply disappointed, and I’m posting this review not just to express my frustration, but to warn others. If you value your money, your time, and your health, stay far away from this vendor. If not for a few items unavailable elsewhere, I would never have continued with them — and I certainly won’t make that mistake again. ### 1/5 — Useless costumer support *2025-04-23, version 1.1* Customer service chat and number is out of service and they deliver wrong product, please don’t download this app ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-02-23, version 1.1* Most of these sellers from Ind are not reliable. Delivery is not on time and delivery heroes are unhygienic and un polite. I ordered Meat on one such app and I suspect it’s not Mutton. It could have been some other small animal like a cat or a rabbit. I complained to them but there was no response. ### 1/5 — Horrible experience *2024-11-06, version 1.1* First of all they do not deliver on time and then they blame the customer for the delay. Their customer service and delivery team is super rude , they will disconnect the call without even letting the customer complete . Customers are not informed that the items they have ordered are out of stock until they deliver the package . Please do not believe the time slot system that they have come up with , they surely do not follow it. In short , will never use their service and the one star is only because there was no option of deselecting the star rating or would have rated them zero. ### 1/5 — Pathetic *2024-09-03, version 1.1* Don’t order from this people. They don’t know anything about how delivery works. We make orders based on their app but delivered based on their choices. Small Grocery stores are Better than this guys.
