The basic stuff doesn’t work, can’t even log in keeps rejecting, fix it

You’re promised 8c off a litre for fuel, but you can’t use your membership card anymore. Has to be done through the app that crashes every time you try to open it and never gives you the barcode you need to get the fuel discount!
