Alas! ### 1/5 — জঘণ্য পরিষেবা *2024-10-19, version 2.0.2* আপনাদের প্রচুর ইমেল করার পরও কোন উত্তর দেবার প্রয়োজন মনে করেন না। ফোন করলে কলটা রিসিভ করে কেটে দেওয়া হয়। হোয়াটস অ্যাপে মেসেজ করছেন ৪৯৯ টাকার বদলে ৩৯৯ টাকায় বাৎসরিক সদস্য পাওয়া যাবে অথচ করতে গিয়ে দেখছি এটা সম্পূর্ণ অসত্য। ৪৯৯/- টাকাই কাটা হবে। আমি বই ডেস্কটপে পড়তেই পছন্দ করি। বিগত এক মাস আগেও শারদীয় পত্রিকা পড়তাম ল্যাপটপ থেকে অথছ এখন ক্লিক করলে বলা হচ্ছে মোবাইল অ্যাপ থেকে পড়ুন। এটা কী রকমের অসভ্যতা এবং বঞ্চনা? পরিষ্কার লেখা আছে ল্যাপটপ ডেস্কটপ মোবাইল ট্যাব থেকে ব্যাবহার করা যাবে অথচ সেটাকে বন্ধ করে রেখেছেন? এটা লোক ঠকানো নয়?? কেন করব সাবস্ক্রিপশন রিনিউ?? ### 1/5 — Service unavailability *2024-10-11* Unable to download pujabarsikis on iPad for the last two days……. Then what’s the utility of buying the subscription? Not even readable for comics. I subscribed without noticing that the mags can’t be downloaded and viewed offline. Such a waste. My tab doesn’t have a sim. And in a place without network, I can’t even read anything. Poor user interface, nothing intuitive. During initial marketing call they promised all ABP pujabarshikis will be available. However they are not adding this years pujabarshikis. Those will be added after three four months, when puja is over. Really unprofessional attitude. My subscription valid till jan 23. I have already cancel my subscription after Jan 23.
