This app is frustrating. It constantly kicks me out, and my login never works properly. Every time, I have to reset my password on a computer just to get back in — such an inconvenient process. Needs serious improvement.

Every once in a while the app will kick me out.
my login wont work so i have to manually reset my password on the computer!! how inconvenient.
plus i still can’t make appointments on the app

this app needs more improvements!!
i can’t make or cancel appointments within the app. it is very frustrating and inconvenient when doing so.
