The app always says failed to load workout even though I have deleted it and reloaded it. It shows zero workouts and you end up with a blank screen. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommended. I've been a Corewheels user for some time and always used the handy wall chart that comes with it for instruction. The Gain app is wonderful because I don't need to think about my next exercise - they take care of it. By specifying the type of workout, and how long it should take, the app really enhances the corewheels workout experience.
