### 1.10.13 — 2026-08-14

- PEI and Assessment reports: in Repertoire specialties and the hours table, you can add a free-text modality — for example, "Speech therapy — booth" — and repeat the same specialty with different modalities.
- The sign button now tells you what's missing when a modality is required, instead of only refusing at signing time.
- When you edit a specialty in a report, your changes are no longer lost if autosave finishes while the sheet is open. And the picker no longer gets stuck when the specialty is already on the list.
- Patient search by document: the shortcut only appears for people with permission. Others no longer see a button that failed.

### 1.10.12 — 2026-08-12

- Session closing forms: when you finish a Central Auditory Training session, the form is filled in right in the app, stays saved as a draft until you submit it, and then shows up in the patient record with a PDF and editing from the form itself.
- A richer patient record: log progress notes for sessions that were already closed, record the reason a session ended, and filter entries by date range.
- M-CHAT is now in the app: the screener sits alongside the other protocols, with the same application and results flow.
- Pending assessments are visible to the whole team: every professional following the patient sees the pending-assessment notice, not just the coordinator.
- More comfortable writing: voice dictation and long text fields are now consistent across reports, notes and forms. And the cursor no longer jumps to the end while you type.
- Improved stability, plus a fix for an error when starting and ending sessions

### 1.10.10 — 2026-08-10

- The VB-MAPP Barriers Assessment is here: score all 24 barriers at once, with a 0–4 scale, optional notes and criteria with examples on each item.
- Progress is saved on the device as a draft until you submit, and barriers also appear in the Assessment report.
- Session notes when finishing a session: the limit went from 250 to 500 characters, so you can document the record more fully.
- Improved stability for offline communication boards (AAC) on Android.

### 1.10.9 — 2026-08-06

- The Sensory Integration (SI) anamnesis is here: 21 sections and over 300 items, with scales, single checkboxes and descriptive fields.
- As a qualitative protocol, SI tracks progress by coverage ("N of M recorded") — no scoring and no items flagged as pending.
- CARS: results now show the full classification (e.g. "Severe symptoms — support level 3") on the patient card and in the report, instead of the numeric level that caused confusion.

### 1.10.8 — 2026-07-30

- Team Chat is here: multidisciplinary professionals can exchange messages directly from each patient's profile.
- Richer conversations: send images and PDFs, use @mentions, edit or delete messages, see who has read them and mute notifications.
- Voice notes in chat: record, review and send audio up to 5 minutes long, with playback, pause and visible duration.
- Clinical reports now provide clearer guidance for conflicts or assessments that already have a report, while preserving drafts in progress.
- Improved stability when renewing sessions and using communication boards (AAC) offline.
