Do I have to carry a newer iPad, laptop or sit at a desktop in order to use this app now? ### 1/5 — Bugs Bugs Bugs 🪲 *2026-03-09* Occasionally repeats the previous question, returns errors processing response to question, and on several occasions accused me of running out of time to submit the response despite being WELL within the allotted time. Most of these issues have been around for YEARS! Our fees continue to increase but somehow your garbage app still sucks. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry you’ve had trouble enabling this feature. Good news – Touch and Face ID are available in ABA Go. Please follow these instructions to enable it: 1. Open the ABA Go app and navigate to the menu on the bottom right 2. Click on Account Settings 3. Select Personal Information 4. Click on the option to enable Face and Touch ID when you log in Alternatively, you can enable Touch and Face ID through your device settings. To do so, please follow these steps: For Face ID: 1. Navigate to Settings from your device 2. Click on Face ID & Passcode 3. Enter your passcode 4. Under Use Face ID For, select Other Apps 5. Toggle on the ABA Go app so that Face ID is enabled For Touch ID: 1. Navigate to Settings from your device 2. Click on Touch ID & Passcode 3. Enter your passcode 4. Under Use Touch ID For, select Other Apps 5. Way too many taps are required to answer a single questions. There are tons of bug, like autocorrect not working in your text boxes. Each time I try to login it says that my username and password are invalid I’ve changed my password several times and still can’t login. If I could rate this app is zero, I would, since I can’t even get started on it and there is no app support. ### 1/5 — Terrible interface and functionality *2022-03-26, version 1.3.2* Updated 03/22. Face ID login is now removed. This app is getting worse! And the original issues still plague this app. The questions force the doctor to answer how certain they are and how relevant the question is to clinical practice. This should be optional and not mandatory for every single question. Also, if I’m typing feedback into the box for that question, if any part of the screen is touched outside of the box, it just jumps to the next question. I have no idea if what I partially wrote will be saved for ABA to guess what my point was. Or did I waste time writing something that got erased and never submitted. Needs to have a feedback box saying my feedback was submitted properly for ABA to review. ### 1/5 — Not functioning *2021-08-02* How many times per quarter do I have to reset username password? I don’t understand how the app won’t let me in after I just reset both. There are a lot of physicians that certify and re-certify. I’d like to think that given the number unique situations that can arise this app does an excellent job at helping us to register for exams and stay certified in a one-size fits more than you’d expect fashion.
