Clearly the app / toy developer hasn’t bothered to fix this because I can’t get the registration to work either. This is so frustrating. I have an 8 year dying to play with it. I know there’s a work around to allow the kiddos to play but part of why we bought was the tracking for parents. Abacus, If you want people to use this, you need to check your system is actually sending out the emails. All folders checked and 24 hours later, no email. Also re-word your boom to state this step IS NOT required.
