I have only one and big problem : it drains my phone battery with weird background activities. I hope it is just a bug of this version and it will be fixed with an update soon. No entiendo cómo puede fallar tanto este sistema de domótica. ### 1/5 — ABB home automatisk sucks *2024-06-24, version 2.3.5* This is bot duenpbly to the program bring slow, but due to the real customer of ABB is the installer. In south Liguria the installers are not required to have any training. The ABB representatives push the gear to unqualified installer and you as a customer have nowhere to go. Add to this the mediocre quality of the free@home plastic and buttons and you will refer some years and €16000 later. Use a bit more money, go for KNX the industrial standard. The app and system used to integrate with Alexa, something that made the whole deal somewhat sweeter. However it breaks, usually after a year or so. Would recommend to use Cina Export and some of their apps, like xiaomi or others. Prima cambiava il simbolo in app, ora lampeggia due volte e resta identico. Assolutamente scomodo, fate qualcosa per favore! ### 3/5 — Ma qualcuno legge le recensioni ? *2024-03-13, version 2.3.5* Io credo che in una Azienda come Abb, multinazionale del settore, dovrebbe esistere una figura che legga le recensioni e che risponda pure! I prodotti costano (più della concorrenza) e hanno anche delle potenzialità ma sembrano essere lasciati allo stato brado. Sono settimane, ad esempio, che Alexa non si collega col sistema e nessuno reagisce. I sistemi cinesi di fascia bassa continuano a funzionare perfettamente e free@home, che dovrebbe essere l’eccellenza, no. I also added ABB’s Welcome door intercom that works natively with the touch screen. But most importantly the reason we picked it is response time of the app (I’m using the wireless version), it’s instant. Great smart home solution. Whatever comes in the future I feel there is no need to change the system. It will adapt.
