Now you can supervise your ABB robots easily from a mobile app. Stay informed about your robot’s most important events with just a few swipes. If you have any questions or concerns, you have the option to chat with a specialist directly through the app. With ABB Infoservice, you receive instant access to operating status, records of service interventions, and an overview of your robots and accessories that suit them all in one place.

We continuously monitor all events related to your robots. ABB Infoservice will always notify you, so you will never miss any crucial information. We are always happy to help you detect a potential defect and eliminate it via chat. You decide whether you want to handle the repair yourself or request the assistance from the ABB service department.

During an urgent hotline intervention, you can use the chat in the app, confirm the dispatch, and track the technician's arrival status. Just as easily, you can view an overview of your ABB robots with all the information you need in the Robots section. And if you need new accessories, simply choose from the offer and send us a non-binding inquiry.

Thanks to your feedback, we’ve fine-tuned the ABB Infoservice app once again! Each robot now has its own photo gallery. You can zoom into photos (yep, finally!) and they rotate depending on how you hold your phone – portrait or landscape. You’ll also see all related cases on the robot’s detail. In chat, you can now see who read your message – just press and hold it.
We’ve also fixed an issue where your draft message could unexpectedly disappear while typing on iOS.
And as always, a few small but handy fixes.

The ABB Infoservice 2.0 application now connects all service departments of ABB Robotics and becomes a key tool for communication with customers.
 
The new version of the application introduces enhanced features for hotline events, including the option to chat with a service technician for quick support in resolving issues with a robot. During a technician visit, you can track the entire progress of the hotline intervention within the app until it is fully resolved.
 
Additionally, the application has been improved with a new user interface and optimized performance for a more convenient and faster user experience.

In the new version of ABB Infoservice, we’ve added a badge to the application icon to ensure you get all the new information. We’ve expanded the robot detail with new services and fixed a few minor issues.

### 1.2.2 — 2023-08-24

The latest release of ABB Infoservice incorporates significant changes that have been made based on your valuable feedback.

For customers with multiple sites, the application now provides the option to view data specific to the selected customer site, along with notifications. The selection of sites can be customized in various ways, and the settings are adjustable, allowing modifications at any time.

All PDF Files within events, chats, cases, robots, and accessories can now be opened directly without the need to download them to your device. Simply tap on the file name or the PDF preview.

Viewing video in the chat now supports landscape orientation, just as it does when capturing videos and photos.
