Exceptional views, fresh cooked food and decent range of drinks. Ordering by app rather than table service, automatic lager dispensers, slow service and high prices. Cheapest main course around the £15 mark. If you want an 8oz fillet steak try £32. If this was a premium restaurant I might be tempted. It isn’t. More of a lager bar. ### 2/5 — Technology Woes *2026-05-28* The friction to getting to the point of ordering was far higher than it should be. For a bar that has very poor phone signal having to flag down a server for a WiFi password on an insecure network before I can download load an app, before I can start to order is ridiculous and demonstrates a huge lack of joined up thinking from management. Far better to have a simple website for ordering or secure WiFi with the passcode around the bar this would be far lower friction. Better still have both To table ordering online is supposed to be easier, this experience just caused unnecessary stress, even our server acknowledged the system was flakey, ### 2/5 — Just take the order… *2023-06-18* A great idea and the menu is comprehensive, but this is a tourist town. Why do I need to allocate a favourite? Why select your preferred restaurant from a list of one? Because the CRM is valuable and the data is retained. Not great, just annoying. Really not a fan of everything done on your phone ! Phones take over peoples lives at best of times without having to use them when trying to relax away from work etc !
