After calling into Skyliner last week again, the staff could still not log me in. It has been so frustrating I have considered cancelling my membership. I need an App that is quick and easy to use so I can book classes and cancel if necessary in good time. Please help if you can. Please can you sort this out as you will loose customers if people can’t complete their booking. ### 1/5 — Possibly one of the worst apps I’ve used in a decade. *2021-10-17, version 5.11* Almost impossible to use on an iPhone. Boxes at the bottom of the page are covered by writing that should be underneath it. Never click the X, ie you’re on the accept terms and cons page and if viewing vertically you can’t see the accept button (way off to the right somewhere) so if you click the X you’re back at the home page (all bookings gone). Abbreviations all over the place and no explanation as to what they mean. It doesn’t remember your membership number, details or card number to pay. No Apple Pay or PayPal. It is just a generally poor effort at an app, something you’d expect from a beginner at an evening class. Makes you wonder how everything else is run. Safety, investment, management staffing etc 🤷‍♂️🤞. Even with family membership, every time you book you have to enter your membership number. And your personal details TWICE. once to add to basket, once to confirm booking. Also I tried to book a swim and it said it was fully booked and I was on a waiting list and within two minutes of me, getting in my house changed to say that I could go which then I had to than find out how to cancel the swim to let somebody else go to swim is it possible to go back as it was before Covid where you don’t have to book for a swim? ### 1/5 — Worst app I have ever used *2023-07-07, version 106.58.2* This app is the worst I have ever used. It does not integrate with an iPhone at all. It’s hard to navigate the menu option to find what you would like, when you finally find your session, to book it I have to enter in my name and email 3 times, accept T&C twice, it cannot use auto fill so everything has to be entered manually, and it does not work with any pay app so you have to get your physical card and type it in. Crazy. Other poor features are, text over buttons which you cannot press. Icons do not match the text. This was very easy especially as Iona in reception was so incredibly kind and helpful. First session in swimming pool was very enjoyable. Bright, very clean, really pleasant water temperature. The re- vamped changing area & showers etc are very good. I have been really impressed. The staff are always busy keeping everywhere clean . I particularly like the many ‘ NO outdoor shoes’ signs, although I still see people ignore this!! All the staff are friendly & helpful. The on- line booking is easy & works well. ### 5/5 — Aqua aerobics *2022-03-10, version 5.69* Superb sessions enjoyed at kingfisher on a Monday and Wednesday morning, led by excellent teachers, Ellen and Lyndsey. I’m not the most confident person in the world but i thought if i don’t give it a try ill never do it….so so glad i took the plunge…the best part of it is i dont have any real goals just to get a little fitter than i am and have fun while i do it and if i lose weight along the way then its a bonus!! If you are thinking of going even if its along go for it!! However you used to have two LBT classes in the evening and now only one. Please fit another one in if you can! On entering the home page it looks really good a lot of work has gone into getting this page working however that’s were the compliment finishes. On trying to book sessions this is truly awful. The swimming booking works ok but the gym booking and booking sessions for the soft play for my child needs more development. I try to book a gym session but the app won’t let me even though I have a membership.
