The app says this should work on my iPhone but it tries to open then immediately closes
Please sort out the bug

There is no point booking on the app especially when booking 2 hours before you want the taxi to arrive! Late for a wedding😡 they don’t care when you call them,when their flyer drops through your letter box put it in the bin.

They are always late 30+ minutes, waste of time if you need to get to an appointment.  I recommend you try a different taxi company.

This is a great firm if you like being sworn at and threatened over the phone and left waiting for 20-30 mins only for them to cancel the ride anyway.

When I book a taxi for a specific time I expect it to be there for me at that time, or at least very soon after.

I do not expect to be left waiting for over 20 minutes on a booking that was made some 9 hours before the requested pick-up time.

Will not use again.

Had the app for a few years. The issue for me is it is totally unreliable.
It’s pointless having an app if everyone can’t trust it.
It allows you to book, then it disappears.
I have reported, but no one seems to care.

Cheaper then other firm 
Clean cars feel safe with this company 
All drivers are  polite

I’ve used this firm twice now for return airport trips and each time the drivers( so 4 in all ) were top notch . Extremely pleasant , on time and will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys for a first class service

Ive only recently come to stoke and these are by far my favourite taxi service. Their prices are fair and cheaper than most firms!
