The screen doesn’t fit on a phone and requires scrolling to see everything while unimportant information, like the serial number, is up where it doesn’t need to be since it’s not changing. This is extremely annoying when you’re trying to record screenshots of a misbehaving battery. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2025-12-15* Like others have stated, it literally works for 2 weeks and then stops seeing the battery. Won’t even pretend to look for it. No spinning wheels, nothing. Redownloaded and nothing. SOKs are good batteries but bad app programmers. But it worked great and gave excellent information for those TWO weeks! ### 1/5 — UPDATED Does not connect to newer SOK Marine 12v314aH models. Newer (but worse) SOK app is available *2025-04-29* UPDATE: If you bought the newer marine 12v314aH SOK, look for the SOK Battery app. It doesn't have the features that this app has, but at least it connects. ORIGINAL DELETED. ### 1/5 — Total junk app *2025-02-13* This App says my battery’s are fully charged but they’re almost dead. Many times the batteries will not even show up on the App to see the charge. Entirely useless. ### 2/5 — Works for awhile *2024-09-15* Works for awhile but then won’t connect. Have to delete and the reinstall. ### 2/5 — App won’t connect *2024-06-27* App connected twice to the battery and then nothing. Deleted app and reinstalled a couple of times and still no luck with the app ### 3/5 — Total junk app *2024-04-05* App is a bit janky at times. But sorta works for my needs, not reliable ### 1/5 — Can’t hit ok *2024-03-09* I can set things on app but when I go to hit ok that’s all it does I can hit ok over and over and will not leave that box at all or set it fix your app I wish I didn’t buy this battery should’ve went with the battle born ### 3/5 — Not updated since 2021 *2024-02-14* Needs update ### 2/5 — Battery works, but Bluetooth and app are terrible. *2024-01-23* I’ve had the battery at home for about 2 months. The Bluetooth worked perfectly, and the app showed what seemed to be an accurate SOC while connected to a charger in my home. We finally installed it in our RV 2 weeks ago. After installation, I was initially able to connect to the battery, but now, after 2 weeks of use, I’m unable to connect to the battery over Bluetooth. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Looks like the app hasn’t been updated since 2021 based on the version listed under “about”.
