The app informed me that there was a taxi approx 3 mins away. They arrived when they said (and you could track their location from the app). Notification when they arrived and prompt journey to the station. Easily the WORST taxi company in Wolverhampton. Takes over 30 minutes to find you a car whenever you try order one and when you call, the person is incredibly rude and just lies to you. Even if you pre-book an hour before you need the taxi, it still manages to come late somehow and not 5 minutes late, I’m talking 30-40 minutes late. Majority of the drivers think they are Michael Schumacher too, racing other drivers swerving across the road and trying to beat traffic lights for no reason at all risking yours and other people on the roads life, all of this WHILST being on the phone to god knows who. If you are lucky enough to find a car after ordering one within 15 mins then enjoy watching the taxi “ on its way” sitting still doing diddly squat nothing for over 10 mins and then either going to the wrong destination or going the longest possible route to you. This company is a shambles and it deserves to go bankrupt due to the fact it is honestly so so so bad, even at the least busiest times it is a complete mockery, go use any other taxi company in wolves and I guarantee it will get 10 taxis to you by the time that ABC have even found you a driver. PLEASE AVOID THIS ROBBERY OF A COMPANY. ### 2/5 — Stealing money *2021-09-27, version 33.4.21* The app was okay for a while no problems until it started to not allow me to pay in the car so I switched to card after my trip it took out more money I was not late to my taxi or anything like that but I still got charged. They also took money out my account while trying to book I hadn’t even made a booking yet and they’d took £1.40 out? Really frustrating I’ve been trying to deactivate my account but the stupid app won’t let me ### 1/5 — No *2023-12-27, version 34.2.26* Not only is the company terrible, the app is just as bad. Always glitches, logs you out, resets and deletes your card details. Uber everywhere 👍🏼 ### 1/5 — App OK but avoid for taxi *2023-12-05, version 34.2.26* App works fine - latest update has made improvements, however the taxi firm has let me down terrible. They are the only taxi I have used for years, but I’ve been let down too many times. I’ll not use them again. Most recently I pre ordered a taxi a day in advance and when the pickup was due they had no taxis - so after having 1 day to arrange a taxi they didn’t until the pickup time. As useful as a chocolate fire guard. ### 1/5 — Extremely bad and terrible services *2023-10-02, version 34.2.26* Both driver and customer service are extremely bad and disrespectful. I Had to use a cab because I was running late to work and couldn’t take the bus. Tried their payment links to make payment at my destination and their links did not go through. The driver locked me in and won’t let me out because the payment had not gone through. I called customer support to ask how to resolve this and the customer service kept telling me she was going to black list me instead of listening to the issue I was having. I had to give my card details to them on the phone which I have never done. Complete security risk. Now I have to destroy that card. They were quite rude as well. If you are looking for a terrible cab service to use without peace of mind and very bad service, this is the one use. ### 1/5 — 0 point in a pre booked taxi *2023-05-27, version 34.2.26* What’s the point in a pre booked taxi if it just doesn’t turn up. Then when you go to order a taxi at the current time you get a joke of a message saying “why not pre book” I did… it didn’t arrive… what a waste ### 1/5 — Apple Pay broken *2022-11-11, version 34.0.17* Apple Pay doesn’t seem to work with this app ### 1/5 — 2 cars with the same plate *2022-08-29, version 33.7.15* I was waiting for my car and when it comes in app I saw the number of car and it was correct and the driver said that it is a mistake and he take another girl ! After few seconds another car Skoda Silver colour come with the same plate number and different driver ! They have the same number plate on 2 cars to not pay insurance and taxes ! Additionally, the estimated waiting time kept changing unpredictably, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, the driver’s name and the vehicle’s license plate number disappeared from the app, leaving me with no way to identify the car I was supposed to get into.
