Sometimes the game glitches and will say ‘A’ when it is actually a different letter

Directions are not clear to children. It needs more voiceover directions.

I love the preview letters and made the purchase to unlock letters e through z. I would love resolution on the problem before submitting refund request. The purchase is showing up in my purchase history.
