…why I was able to use this app without issue 6 hours ago to make an order, before I realized I had forgotten something.  I was continuously met by an error even after I deleted the app from my phone and tried again to log in, but even then it did nothing. That has fixed the problem for me every time in the past, but specifics don’t matter at this point because I’m still citing past experiences with the app that have yet to be fixed.
It seems like every time they come out with a “major update,” a different issue goes wrong even if they fix what they set out to fix.
Beats me.

Have to use this app for inventory and app has problems syncing all data input and requires us to have to input entries over and over again to make it “stick”. You would think they’d have put more resources towards an app they force us to use. They tried to streamline the process for us but ends up taking way longer

Recently did inventory and the app did not work at all. You would scan and it would work for a couple scans and then kick you out and wouldn’t let you back in to your location. Items scanned would also be doubled. This happened with the handheld scanners that they provided and with cell phones. Total mess…….

I have to redownload this app everyday!! Says there was a problem when I log in. If I redownload it works. Also closes a lot and makes you authenticate every time very annoying.

Why would an app that is on my personal phone using Face ID require a separate google authenticator to login?  When the app is not crashing there are things that make you wonder about the leadership in ABC.

Worked well for awhile in my experience but since this most recent update, anytime I try to use it, it crashes. You’d think for a multi billion dollar company that they’d have at least a decent app. Get it together ABC.
