Now it NEVER lets me log in. It just says “oops something happened, try again later.” I have tried with other accounts besides just my own and it never lets anyone log in. It’s absolutely pointless. Despite updates, this issue remains the same. Don’t waste the space on your phone with this app. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2020-03-09* Crashes anytime I add something to the order. Makes it worthless. With the others when they updated and you didn't on your phone your sign on wouldn't work. Now they aren't signing on at all. This would be great if it worked since my hospital blocks the handheld scanner ABC gave us. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible app to have to depend on *2023-09-29* Have to use this app for inventory and app has problems syncing all data input and requires us to have to input entries over and over again to make it “stick”. You would think they’d have put more resources towards an app they force us to use. They tried to streamline the process for us but ends up taking way longer ### 1/5 — Inventory *2023-06-24* Recently did inventory and the app did not work at all. You would scan and it would work for a couple scans and then kick you out and wouldn’t let you back in to your location. Items scanned would also be doubled. This happened with the handheld scanners that they provided and with cell phones. When the app is not crashing there are things that make you wonder about the leadership in ABC. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2022-11-03* App keep crashing on the iPhone when scanning to order labels in a label cart. So now I have to use my own phone with their app WHEN their app works. ABC is the worst drug supplier and so is their customer service. Wish my company would have stayed with Cardinal and even went with McKesson. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2021-01-01* This app doesn’t do anything. If I needed to order an item in emergency, this app won’t function. Being a small business owner, it’s a nightmare app. Just take it off the app list rather than be here and no applicability. Non-returnable returnable? *2018-05-25* I order my otc’s on the app and most of the time every single item is unequivocally shown as non returnable but when found on the website, they are perfectly fine to be returned. I was continuously met by an error even after I deleted the app from my phone and tried again to log in, but even then it did nothing. That has fixed the problem for me every time in the past, but specifics don’t matter at this point because I’m still citing past experiences with the app that have yet to be fixed. It seems like every time they come out with a “major update,” a different issue goes wrong even if they fix what they set out to fix. Beats me. ### 2/5 — Crashes since update *2022-11-09* I loved this app until the update and now it crashes every time I use it. That said, I barely use it in iOS bec it just crashes a lot. Cant log in, try to search then gone, if able to search, clicking an item, crash. Gone. Very frustrating. So, I did an android tactic, uninstall and re-install app and it works just fine, for now. I suppose next time ABC updates, ill let it update, delete app then reinstall.
