Had to call several times for them to refund ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS APP *2025-11-22* This app needs to be fixed. Took a ride and paid for it through the app, and the driver thought he was supposed to get cash. He barely spoke english so he wasn’t understanding that it was paid for already. He locked me in the car to prevent me from leaving until I gave him cash and then when I was trying to get out he put his hands on me. Now he is texting my phone and calling me harassing me. He said he has my name, number and address saved. The dispatch is of no help and said that they also won’t refund me. I’m warning you don’t use it! ### 1/5 — Has potential but currently not good *2025-05-16* App never finds you a driver, airport tab doesn’t allow you to route to airport. The cars you see “around you” are just a filter layer so you’ll sometimes see a car on a building or in a park. And the arrangement doesn’t ever change. Not sure if this is just a way to steal information because of its push on using a cc or what. I want an app like this to be good because DC has empower which really does help the driver and the rider out more than other traditional ride shares. ### 1/5 — This app is fake *2025-04-13* There is no car. This app is a scam ### 4/5 — Reliable and cheap *2025-12-02* Got recommended from tik tok, It’s definitely cheaper than Lyft and uber, they accept cash and Cash App, my only issue is they need to fix the Cash App part cause it won’t let me book cabs. Works all over NYC, Otherwise the app works like uber and Lyft and definitely cheaper. I would recommend anyone to use it if you don’t want to spend too much money. ### 5/5 — Service *2025-11-05* Great and realizable service. The uber prices in the city be too high. They don’t have surge pricing. There was a bug that stopped me from actually using it but it seems to be fixed now.
