The drawings are so vague it is impossible to guess the meaning of the words!!! Hence u are not learning. It would be helpful if the direct translation was given with the picture. lame! It sound like a consonant cluster "br". I want to used in my classroom as a technology reward for my kinder student, but you need to fix that first. Hope I see that soon. This app is excellent for our four year old who is learning to read. It makes the sounds for all the letters of a word and then says the word with an accompanying picture. It is also great just for learning and hearing the words. The only issue is that the volume is very low. We have the sound all the way up but it has to be very quiet to hear the sounds of the letters. The format is great and there are lots of categories with many words. My daughter's favorite app! ### 4/5 — sound works great *2014-07-26* I am not a native speaker but I do speak and understand intermediate level spanish and only heard a slight issue with the r in raton- I am wondering if that is the issue a previous reviewer was speaking about. The sound works great. The app has a simple uncluttered interface with professional graphics and audio. As a reading teacher, I use this app successfully with beginning readers at different levels. All of the apps in this series are engaging, clear and have great graphics. They develop reading strategies while expanding Spanish vocabulary, they're educational and fun at the same time. It doesn't get any better than this! ### 5/5 — kids will soak it right up!
