I am using the app linked to my mobile number and email. ### 4/5 — Taxi App *2023-10-29, version 3.5.0* Love the service and drivers but have had problems with the ABC app recently. The app will say taxi within 30 minutes, take you through booking but then the payment will fail. This seems to be the app’s way of saying they’re too busy to offer a taxi. Would be better to update the app to put a clear message to say when no availability, that way users would have sufficient notice to make other plans! They always arrive as planned, and all of the drivers are calm and confident behind the wheel. Wow my whole life has changed now when it comes to booking cabs. It’s brilliant. You can pre book in advance and then when the cab is on it’s way the status changes accordingly. It’s also great for booking adhoc, especially if your from and to locations have been saved as favourites. 2 clicks and your cab is booked with an eta, then followed by regular updates. It’s all topped off with a phone call (recorded message) confirming your cab has arrived. ### 4/5 — Really great but easy to forget to tip *2022-11-08, version 2.17.0* I find this service really great and efficient. Only slight problem I have had is that I have missed the option to tip the driver on both my recent journeys as you need to do it before the end of the journey rather than afterwards. I’m disabled so it’s a real task to get in and out of a vehicle, the driver took my bag moved the seat and helped me to my front door. We always call them first when needed. ABC driver BL245 rescued my daughter and risked his own safety from an aggressive attack. The driver wasn’t called but witnessed the attack and got her safely in his taxi and called the police, drove her home, and looked after her until the police arrived. We can’t thank the driver and ABC enough for their help in preventing a dangerous and aggressive situation. He wouldn’t accept payment for his time either - what a hero!!!
