"Bro, dude this is garbage!!!" There are better games out

Our son loves this but right after we purchased for the full alphabet, the letters zoomed in where you can’t see the full letter because it’s blocked by the grass and the bug is huge. You can’t see where you’re dragging it. It’s confusing and even though our son loves the game, he gets super frustrated because it looks like it’s at the end but the bug covers almost the entire letter now.

I’ve tried to delete and download again but it still does it. Not worth it with how frustrating it is for kids.

This app was my favorite ABC learning tool for my grandkids. Unfortunately, 2 years ago it started showing distorted ladybugs during the tracing part of this app. Deleting, restarting, reloading does not work. I’m doing this review in hopes someone will help me and anyone else experiencing this. CUSTOMER support contacted but after some communication, nothing has changed. The NUMBER game works fine so I know it’s not my phone. My adult daughter has the same issue, which started the sane time! Help
