## What is ABCFIT Global?

ABCFIT brings EMS training to your phone, making it possible to exercise anytime and anywhere!

ABCFIT adopts the latest technology of electrical muscle stimulation（EMS training）for short sessions of high-intensive training. The use of low-frequency electrical impulses stimulates virtually the entire musculature.

ABCFIT APP is used for controlling ABCFIT equipments via bluetooth, stimulating target muscles using three modes of pulses.
Users can adjust pulse modes, strength, pulse interval to their own needs, making it suitable for various kinds of training, as well as muscle relaxing.

What ABCFIT EMS Brings：
Muscle Building
Stimulates muscle management,  fat burning and weight-loss.
Exercises unmoving muscle by
stimulating deep muscle in your body directly through low-frequency electrical pulses.

Cardio
Accelerates blood circulation  and strengthens muscular fiber, therefore helps to reduce cellulite as well as to maintain elastic  skin and bright skin tone.

Balance & Rehabilitation
Balances overall body muscles and exercises weakened muscles.
Causes no strain on joints because low-frequency pulses directly stimulates deep muscles.
