I have only had my about a year and the app for my phone logs me out and now at this time I can’t log in - say’s account fail and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WEB SITE

The app crashed. These cameras are complete junk big waste of money. Still will not send me a security code to get in to the app there’s not even a phone number to call for the company.

It logs itself off. The app won’t send a code. There’s no customer support. I really need to buy a new camera. The only reason I still have this one is because it’s wireless and I could adhere to my window outside. As soon as I find a camera with a better app, this one goes in the trash.

This product is the worst I ever bought. Just work a few days, after I update the app and never work again. Change everything and does not recognize my old account. Neither connect my cameras again. The worst product.

I ended getting 3 of these cameras and the devices alone work well. I will say the initial set up was somewhat confusing but I got the hang of it after the 1st camera setup. There have been two times so far where the APP has glitched on me. The chat support on the site doesn’t seem to work but I will say that their customer support via Emails is great! They have gotten back to me within 24 hrs for the two times that I reached out. Other than those two issues, I love these cameras and the APP is great! I recommend reaching out to their customer service through email!
