I bought a ticket and after the charge appeared on my credit card, the app said there was an issue with the bank. So I got no ticket, and still charged. DO NOT USE

تسجيل دخول وفي نفس اللحظة تسجيل خروج
الشغلانة دي مش بتاعتكم سيبوها لحد بيعرف فيها

After payment, the page shows that the order has not ended and there was NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL. It charged me twice, and I immediately refunded it, fees were charged. NO MODIFICATION can be made. On the day of departure, there was a system error and refunds were not allowed. They never reply emails either. it was the worst ever.

Unfortunately it is simply impossible to register and create an account as a foreigner : scroll menu to choose your country is not active… so you can’t complete your registration… and more importantly : you CANNOT book tickets ! (website is down all the time BTW)

I bought train tickets from Cairo to Luxor for two persons through this app. The money was debited. But the tickets were not sent to my mail. There is also no booking information in my personal account. I wrote 4 letters, but they did not answer. I called the contacts listed on the website. They told me to write a votsapp. There is also no response. I I've been writing every week My trip is in a week. And I don’t know what to do.
