When I go to the website on my laptop and then open the app on my phone, the same items are ready for me to checkout. I go to contact customer service via email. Takes me to a form and once I fully fill it out. It says I need to use an email app. Then it doesn’t link me to an email and instead closes the submission form. App support on this page goes to an Abercrombie site that no longer exists.
