I’ve tried on my iPhone and iPad. No joy. Deleted the app from both and reinstalled. It just doesn’t want to work. I keep getting the error message, “Whoops! Please provide a valid username and password.” ### 1/5 — I think they have given up *2022-06-30, version 1.3.3* Multiple attempts to log in have failed. For those of us that journal, take photos or post to social media, Having that reference is invaluable. And it’s gone- just like that! ### 3/5 — Just works for high level itinerary, still need to use paper sheets for details during the trip *2024-07-21, version 1.7.2* The app was good for the high level overview of the trip for our tour and for the flights we booked to and from our origin and destination country. However once we landed, we got the printed sheets with additional details for our local guide pick up times/ locations as well as in-country flights with reservations codes for check in etc. To be specific, the app would say “meet your A&K guide in the lobby”. It didn’t say what time, so we had to refer to the printed sheets. Same with the flight details. With these printed sheets, we didn’t really use the app. The app could have been a lot more useful and could have eliminated the use of paper sheets, and also be used for additional details for the places we were visiting or restaurants we should eat at near where we were staying (when the meal wasn’t included for some of the days). ### 4/5 — Almost 100% perfect *2025-10-31, version 2.1* This is a great app and very easy to use. This is very useful for keeping me on schedule. Would be better if the tour leader had the ability to list exact activities, meeting times and appropriate dress for the day or days ahead. Especially important for travel in extreme weather. We just returned from the Arctic circle. Some days we needed to wear our heavy jump suits, some not.
