Not good, does not work. Better using the aberdeen airport website. App brings up error can’t retrieve profile or any bookings including parking and priority security. Don’t waste your time

The App is supposed to keep people up to date with a flight’s progress etc. 
45minutes after saying the flight was early, and was landing in Aberdeen, there was no update even though the flight was being diverted to Edinburgh. 
Very poor when all it takes it a few keyboard taps to update the info. 
The App looks great. Shame about the functionality.

Typed in user name and password. Didn’t recognize them, ‘username or password not recognized’. Changed password 3 times, still can’t access. Rubbish site.

This gets one star for not being that useful and not only for asking for location data, but asking again after I set it to “only when using”. No reason for this app to need my location when I’m not travelling so more needless data harvesting. Uninstalled.

Arrivals info is complex for people just wanting to collect but otherwise good

Gave wrong (out of date) information and had me waiting 50 mins for an incoming flight

Saw this app and thought great. I used Aberdeen airport regularly during my forty six years working offshore around the world. Disappointed is an understatement. The app didn’t show flights delayed and when it did land, the app and two screens inside the airport all showed different times. At other times it just wouldn’t work. Also, ABZ is the only airport where you walk halfway back to where you started to get your luggage. What is that about?

About time you had an App but not good at the moment, keeps crashing. I’ll stick with it for now but will be ditched if it doesn’t improve next time I’m through. 
PS Please improve it quicker than you did the airport.... cheers
