It is always on the ground and sometimes wet. We are in our 80’s shouldn’t have to go down the steps to get the paper. But in the past 6 months, or longer, we have been experiencing poor service with delays when paging through the paper and now we’re getting pop up adds while reading the paper. If the issue is with the app itself, it may take a developer to resolve....but in all cases my issues have been resolved.
