Their address doesn’t exist. 
Impossible to sign in. Said my email was “wrong” and couldn’t use it.  Gave me errors in Chinese. I think it’s not connected to the website.  The vp is charge of this should resign in disgrace, the devs should consider a career in pizza delivery.

Very disappointed with not being able to register the device and connect to the App.  Only got this because it was advertised as WiFi control… they need to fix this ASAP

This just about the worst app ever. I cannot even sign up. It says email not correct. Why would MY email be "not correct"??!!  That's the email I am SUPPLYING you to register. You accept as is and send verification. It is stuck there. Just dreadful app.

I have had my dehumidifier for a week now and cannot connect to the app. Customer service says its IT dealing with the app problem that there is a bug. Its getting old waiting for the fix. I bought this particular model because of the wifi adjustability and viewing. I do hope this is soon rectifiied.
