Not user friendly, quite a hurdle to make a booking, app confuses your location. Would not be confident about reliability

Am stuck in a doom loop after being kicked of the app where it doesn’t recognise my password and password reset isn’t sending a link to my email. Have raised it with the office over a week ago but no further news. Been using Abetta for many years but now forced to use other services. Madness.

I just love being picked up from my house and driven to the airport in a comfortable, clean limousine and that is why I always use Abetta Cabs. Once again the driver was punctual and helpful, many thanks and here’s to the next trip.

I know I’m writing yet again another review. This is because this company is absolutely outstanding. Compared to all the other companies I used in the  past which were terrible. I would also like to say a huge thanks to Zahoor who took me today he was a real gentleman of the first scholar just like all your other drivers

Used Abetta several times for airport drop offs and collections now. Stressful journeys but Abetta help to make it easier - always on time and drivers friendly. Happy to help with cases etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had searched around for a large van for airport shuttle service and couldn’t find anything. Addison Lee’s service has been really really bad for recent years. UBER doesn’t provide booking-in-advance for XL cars. Albetta dropped a leaflet through my letter box so I gave them a try as I have no option. And Albetta offered amazing service! I have booked two days before my trip and on the day they sent a large and high quality Benz van precisely on time. Excellent service! Thank you!
