Continuous errors - “unexpected server error” when trying to load the app- this is not solved by restarting the app or the device. No updates to fix this, and link for app support in the Apple Store leads you to a “page not found ” on the ABFM website.

Its fine when it works. However I’ve had to delete and reinstall several times. Get it together ABFM. This is mediocre.

I switched the app to offline mode to complete a test when I did not have service, and now the app “cannot find the server” despite the phone being connected, turning the phone on and off, removing and re-installing the app. The thing I liked the most about the exercise was the ability to work on it when I had a moment or two of downtime. Very frustrating

It’s not worth your precious time to deal with the server error message. Just accept the fact that ABFM will never fix the app despite the hundreds of dollars of your money they take every year and log into the Web site and do the questions there.life is too short to mess with this broken app.

I have had multiple occasions where it will log out of the server and must be deleted and reinstalled to work.  If you do anything off line, uninstalling loses it all.  No other options noted (can’t log out).  This costs me more than any other medical app, it should be corrected.

Tried to delete the app and reinstall. Now I get the “ unexpected server error” message when trying to log in.   As I angrily shake my fist at the pop up, I’m wishing that I would have tried clicking the “log off” tab a few hundred more times between “unexpected server error” and the “please try again” pop ups.
