I booked one seat through this app and received the ticket, but there was no proper information about the bus or its location. All the contact numbers provided were switched off for almost two hours. The bus tracking option was also showing “Unavailable.” I tried calling Help & Support, but the call kept switching to Kannada language and then got disconnected. My bus was scheduled for 10:45 PM, and I am still sitting at Anand Vihar with no proper information or support. This app takes your money and then leaves you completely helpless. There is practically no customer support when you actually need it. Please resolve this issue and refund my money. At the time of booking, the refund/cancellation policy is not shown clearly, so passengers book tickets without knowing how much refund they will actually get. But when you cancel the ticket, a completely different and inconsistent refund policy appears. In my case, different bookings had different cancellation slabs and refund amounts, and the calculation was not transparent at all. The refund policy should be clearly visible before payment, and the exact refund amount/deductions should be shown properly at the time of cancellation. Right now it feels confusing and misleading for customers. AbhiBus should make its cancellation and refund rules much more transparent and consistent. ### 1/5 — Promises made None kept. *2026-06-05* Bus broke down.. No response from driver on whether they will get another bus. AbhiBus support team said as per ticket contract a cab driver will call me within two hours from breakdown. But I called after waiting for more than two hours. They kept reading a playbook but no action plan. No confirmation that someone will come and pickup. So it’s just a fake commitment to get customers. The driver was rude and unfriendly. He was upset that I was talking to someone when he called me, though I was waiting at the bus stop. The bus came and with 2 seconds I boarded the bus. He was asking me why I was on ph. My dad is in hospital, I got a call from hospital which will be important to me. Later when I went and asked him will he stop for rest room, his body language was so annoying and no proper response. And finally when I realised bus is not going via flyover. I asked him if he can stop at Hosa Road. He didn’t even say not possible and asked me to get down(indeed he started moving the bus so that I will get down). In the night time, passengers do request , why you get angry. I then was trying to give feedback not to behave like this, but he was like who are you to speak. While he didn’t use any wrong words , but his behaviour was rude and body language was annoying. **Developer response:** Hi !!
